Who are these policies for?

These policies are for us. These policies are our way to try and define what matters in our organisation. To attempt to define what "good" is, and why things are important. Some are legal definitions, some are moral definitions, and others are simply what we feel is common sense. What matters most is that these are the starting points of any discussion, NOT the end.
